Erik’s… Hmm…

Garden State is one kick-ass movie. It is original. It has a great soundtrack. The characters are well developed. The story is good. The cinematography is good, clean, and original. Did I mention that the soundtrack is good? Their is a great cast, including Natalie Portman (one of my favorite actors ever since her performance in Beautiful Girls).

I’m really into this type of movie. I’m not sure how to classify it, and I don’t really want to. It’s probably considered by most as either a drama or maybe a comedy.? It reminds of stuff that Wes Anderson has done which ranks at the top of my list.
