I’ve fully implemented my new email strategy and am happy to report I have ZERO emails in my inbox!
Yes, I do have 28 in ACTION, and 57 in HOLD, but zero in the inbox. My plan is to focus on keeping the inbox at zero and work the ACTION group down to < 10. The HOLD folder will take a bit more time. I need to evaluate each message and decide if it really needs to be held. A number of the messages in HOLD contain urls that can just be bookmarked and then the messages deleted.
I gotta admit, it feels great to flip over to my inbox and see nothing there. Nothing to waste my time looking at…
